Tom Furdon is a guitarist, bassist and producer currently located in Charleston, South Carolina.
Tom has been sharing his talent and experience through collaborations that cover many genres of music and sound. He is a professional performer who has had the pleasure to share periods of musical time and space with many in various environments such as playing guitar and bass in rock and country bands and pit orchestras to producing bands, singer/songwriters and experimental audio for visual artist’s gallery showings. He has also who has been nominated in multiple categories for the New Mexico Music Awards two years in a row for his production work with artist Ethan Morrison and the band Full Dive when he lived in Santa Fe.
Tom has supported numerous artists in performance and contributed to arrangements in the studio across the continental U.S.
He has performed at venues such as The Orpheum Boston, The Bitter End, Toad’s Place, The House Of Blues, Hard Rock Cafe, The Middle East, T.T. The Bears, The Rathskeller, The Tune Inn, Launchpad, BottleRock Festival and countless other bars, night clubs, festivals and theaters.
Tom's solo acoustic sets include covers of rock and pop from all eras. He brings his own unique touch to these tunes by incorporating the loop station to create fun improvised jams.
Tom is available for touring, private musical performances, mobile studio production and sessions in person or remotely.
